The iPhone 6s or 6s Plus is available in two color options, but a number of users have complained that the new iPhones’ fingerprint scanners aren’t as fast as Apple’s.
Apple has said that the fingerprint scanner is “on par with the best of its competitors,” and a number have pointed out that the scanner is also slower than the Galaxy S6 and the Nexus 6P.
Some iPhone 6 users also have been complaining that the device’s fingerprint scanner can take too long to unlock, so the iPhone 6 Plus could potentially solve that problem.
The fingerprint scanner on the iPhone is fast, and the 6s’s is slow, but Apple has also said that it can detect if the fingerprint is a mistake and unlock the device even if the user tries to wipe it.
And the iPhone’s fingerprint sensors can also be fooled if the device is held too close to the sensor.
So if you’ve been using the iPhone for the past few days, you might want to consider upgrading to a different iPhone model.
Here’s how to unlock an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus with your fingerprint scanner.
Fingerprint scanning is very similar to the fingerprint reader on your phone, so if you don’t want to be using your iPhone’s sensor for unlocking, the only difference is that you can now use the iPhone to unlock the phone with your finger.
Here are the steps: Turn on the device.
Press and hold the Home button to turn on the screen.
You’ll see the Touch ID icon in the top right corner of the screen and a fingerprint reader icon on the left.
The iPhone’s screen will flash a message asking if you want to unlock.
The message will prompt you to select your fingerprint.
Once you’ve confirmed your fingerprint, tap the Home key to bring up the Lock screen.
If the device locks, it will ask you to press and hold it to unlock it.
If it doesn’t unlock, the screen will ask if you’d like to re-lock the device using the fingerprint.
If you don’ want to relock the iPhone, tap Yes.
When the device unlocks, you’ll see a message saying the unlock was successful.
You can now press the TouchID icon in your lock screen to verify the new fingerprint.
To verify your new fingerprint, press and release the Home or Volume Down buttons on the top of the device to reveal the TouchIDs icon.
If your fingerprint matches the one you got on the phone, the iPhone will automatically unlock the iPhone.
If not, tap Back to unlock or press and Release the Home and Volume Down keys to unlock again.
When you’re finished, the Touch IDs icon will appear on the bottom of the iPhone screen.
